The Main House boasts four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and the Guest House adds a touch of intimacy with its one bedroom and two bathrooms, offering ample space for families and groups seeking comfort and luxury.

1) Main House Features:
- Fully Updated Kitchen with a generous-size island and luxury appliances(double oven, gas stove, two sinks, wine cooler, refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave).
- Bedroom 1 (Master): Equipped with a Queen-size bed, Pull-out sofa, and an ensuite Master bathroom.
- Ensuite Bathroom 1 (Master): Offers His/Hers vanity, a tub, and a separate shower for added convenience.
- Living Room: Includes a TV and a comfortable sofa for relaxation and entertainment.
- Bedroom 2: Features a Queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
- Bedroom 3: Offers a Queen-size bed and shares a bathroom with another bedroom.
- Bedroom 4 (Gameroom): Located in the loft area, this room contains a Full-size bed, a sofa, and a shared bathroom. Also equipped with board games, TV, and an xBox for added entertainment.
- Bathroom 2: Provides a Single Vanity with a shower.
- Bathroom 3: Equipped with His/Hers vanity and a shower, shared between Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4.
- Bathroom 4: Offers a Single Vanity with a Tub for relaxation and comfort.
- Queen-size air mattress will be provided

2) Guest House Features:
- Updated Kitchen: The kitchen is thoughtfully updated and comes fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, sink, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven, providing all the essentials for your culinary needs.
- Living Room: This inviting space features a TV and a comfortable sofa bed, offering a cozy spot for relaxation and entertainment during your stay.
- Bedroom 5: Rest comfortably in the Queen-size bed provided in this well-appointed bedroom.
- Bathroom 5: The bathroom is equipped with a Single vanity and a convenient shower for your comfort and convenience.
- Bathroom 6 (Pool Bathroom): This bathroom offers a Single vanity and a relaxing tub, perfect for unwinding after a day spent by the pool.
- Wet Bar: Enjoy the convenience of a wet bar with a sink and wine cooler, providing a delightful space for preparing and enjoying your favorite beverages.

4) Other Details

5) Pet:
You may bring up to two pets, for a nonrefundable fee of $200

6) Occupancy:
There is a fee of $20/night for each guest after 8 people.

7) Pool:
You may use the pool any time during the daytime (8AM - 9PM) as long as you stay safe, but the heated pool is extra ($35/hour) because of the utility cost, unfortunately. The pool will be open year around but the pool heater won't be available during the winter months.

** It’s pollen season for Georgia, and we may have pollens dropped in the pool. We are constantly running the jets and pumps.

** absolutely no parties or disruptive events, please. For any unauthorized parties, the fine shall be $1000. Only professional events upon the management’s approval.

** We've strategically positioned security cameras throughout the property. Inside the Main House, one is specifically placed by the glass door leading to the backyard. Additionally, in the Guest House, we have another camera placed by the French door, which is entirely glass for safety reasons.
