Mickeys Paradise Glenbrook Resort -5* Bed, 3 &1/2 Bath Villa with Pool and Spa.

This is the perfect family vacation villa, located in a quiet cul de sac. Our home has 5 luxurious bedrooms, 2 of which are master en-suites. Our pool and jetted spa are 100% private, not overlooked by other homes. Glenbrook Resort is in a safe community with CCTV surveillance. This is a no-smoking, no-pet and no-parties villa.

We are situated under 30 minutes away from key attractions. Disney Resort is Less than 7 Miles (10-12 Minutes), Downtown Disney SeaWorld is 15 Miles (20 - 25 Minutes), and Universal is 20 Miles (25 - 30 minutes).

HOUSE RULES:

Guests are required to follow the instructions posted in the house.
TRASH REMOVAL: Due to a strict policy at Glenbrook, trash containers have to remain outside of the garage on the side of the house. Please ensure that the bins are placed at the curb only the night before trash days which are, Mon and Thursday. A fine of 25$ will be charged if not followed and overflowing trash bins are found after check-out.

For the added comfort and safety of all our guests NO SMOKING, NO PETS and NO PARTIES are allowed in the villa.

Please note we supply a few days of toiletries eg: hand soap, paper towel, toilet paper and garbage bags to get you started.

Pool + Spa heating $50.00 per day.
The pool is heated from 10am to 6pm and the temperature goes up to 80°F depending on Florida weather. Please note when the Spa heat is turned on, the pool heat goes on Standby.
The Spa can be used 24 hours and the temperature goes up to 100°F

NEIGHBOURHOOD DESCRIPTION:

The villa is situated in a quiet prestigious cul de sac location on an oversized plot in the Glenbrook Resort Community. The Glenbrook Club House is an important factor, as it has lots of additional facilities that many other resorts do not have for guests to enjoy.

There is a Vast array of Restaurants within a few minutes including Fast Food (MacDonalds, Burger King, Pizza Hut) and Buffett Style (Ponderosa, Sizzler's and Grand Corral), to High Cuisine Restaurants including Italian, and Chinese.

Walk-in Medical Services is located 2 minutes away in the Shopping Centre.
Walgreens, Eckherd (Pharmacy and grocery / General Store) are on the Entrance to Glenbrook, Shopping Complex with Bank, P.O., Restaurants, 1/2 mile away and a State of the Art 24Hr Walmart just 1 Mile away.

Cagons Crossing opposite Walmart is a major retail/restaurant complex now open.

LOCAL RESTAURANTS / TAKEAWAYS AND SUPERMARKETS::

As you turn into Glenbrook on your Right is Walgreen’s Pharmacy and Supermarket and on your Left, you will find a CVS Pharmacy and also a new shopping area called Glenbrook Commons. It has a Sweet Bay Supermarket and Liquor Store and a Chinese Takeaway, with more to be added.

Alternatively, when you turn left out of Glenbrook on the US27 towards the 192 within 1 mile you will find the following:

Several Pizza Places Burger King Starbucks
Chilies Long John Silvers Wendy’s
Devenney's Irish Pub Randy’s Restaurant MacDonald’s

Post Office is one block just after Santa Fe Steak House (Recommended) and also a Walk-in Medical Centre on the US27 on your left towards 192.

You also will see Cagans Crossing – Town Centre on your right side there is a Chinese/Sushi Restaurant and also a Pub – Gators Dockside which serves Family Food. On the left side of Cagans Crossing is a 24/7 Wal-Mart Supercenter, which is arguably the cheapest way to shop for your family, they also have cheaper Disney Souvenirs/T-Shirts etc. As you go down the 192 you will also be spoilt for choice with Takeaways/Restaurants/Pubs/ Souvenir Shops and Crazy Golf!

Had a wonderful trip

We were in town for a cheerleading competition. The house is very large and roomy there was 10 of us that stayed. More than enough room to stretch out. The kids loves the pool area. We would definately stay here again.

Exceptional home

This home is everything you could want for a great vacation. It is tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean. The pool and spa are a great size which we enjoyed every day. Lots of premium towels and separate pool towels. Location is in a nice very quiet neighborhood and very close to everything you’ll need. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Our Florida stay 2024

This home is lovely! It was the most well appointed kitchen we have encountered in our extended stays in FL. The home was clean and conveniently located to stores, golf courses and Disney properties. Thanksgiving Birthday celebration

I could not have asked for better a host . Quick to respond to all questions I had . The house was in great condition and in a great location . I would like to thank Marj for providing a great home for myself and the family, the neighborhood was very quiet and the house was located in a secluded are, only five houses on the street. The house was very spacious room for everyone to have their own space and quiet time if needed, the pool area was outstanding, the kids really enjoyed it and so did the adults. Family Getaway

We had a party of 8and all enjoyed the house. The showers even had great pressure which is hard to find when traveling. It was very close to everything. There were a few small issues but they were handled promptly. The only grip was that we couldn’t really use the pool often as there was always a layer of small bugs on the top. We went out and bought a skimmer but you would spend the entire time trying to clear them.

Worked out well!

The property worked out well for our family. The house was plenty big enough for all and we loved the extras. The pool/hot tub cycles are a bit strange. One won’t heat while the other does, but we were able to work around it. The immediate neighborhood seemed fine. It seemed to be a mix of more actual residents and some rentals here and there. The outdoor pool area could use a few more chairs and the enclosure needs some attention.

All My Children Under My Roof

I’m blessed with adult children and grandchildren. Mickeys Paradise was perfect for us. Everyone dad their own room and space; Grandparents, Mom & Dad, and twin 13 month old twin boys. The garage with the pool table & fuzzball kept the guys busy. The pool and all the floats & balls were a hit with the kids. The board games, books and loungers kept the moms happy. Everything we needed was in close proximity; groceries, restaurants, shopping, and then there were the nearby water slides. All in all great family vacation. Holiday/Birthday at Mickey's Paradise

My family (10 people) stayed in the Mickeys Paradise house for my birthday/Thanksgiving… but mostly for my birthday LOL! It is BEAUTIFUL and SPACIOUS! It had everything we needed and was a quick drive to the Disney parks. We had a couple hick-ups…pool heat confusion, pool heat maintenance, and kitchen faucet leaking. Marj & Sam were so quick to respond, helpful and pleasant to work with. Maintenance (Bruce) came out ON THANKSGIVING DAY to fix the kitchen faucet! He was also able to fix the pool heat issue in a timely manner. Overall, our family enjoyed our stay at this home!

LOVED THIS HOUSE!

We highly recommend staying at Mickeys Paradise. The house itself is beautiful. It has so much room for everyone to have their own space but also a open concept kitchen/living area to gather as a family. The kids enjoyed playing Foosball and pool in the garage. We had some issues with learning how the spa worked but the owners got back with us quickly to help us with that. Anytime I messaged the owners with questions from the time of booking until our departure, I received a response within a hour or so. The drive is only about 25 minutes to Disney parks. We loved that the kitchen had pots and pans that were actually good to use to cook in unlike other places we habe stayed in the past (usually vacation rentals have cheap pans that everything sticks to) we would definitely stay here again when we go back that way.

A Great Place!!

This place was a god send. Everything was just great. When my family and I arrived checking in was a breeze and contact free. Once we entered the home we felt as if we were home. The place was very inviting, very spacious and very family friendly. The house was as described on the site. My favorite part of the house was the kitchen! It was very well stocked with everything I needed to make any meals I wanted. There was more than enough cups, plates, utensils and pits and pans. My family and I also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi VERY much! During our stay and before the owners of the property was VERY helpful and accessable. ANYTIME I reached out to them I they were right there answering email and or text promptly. The neighborhood was very nice and quite. The surrounding area had everything we needed including the highway right up the street for easy access to ANYWHERE! All in all this house was the icing and the candles on my families vacation cake. This house truly felt like a home away from home. The owners really made our stay great with their timely responses and great customer service/care. Excellent Home for Disney/Universal Location!

This was an excellent home to stay for our Disney and Universal Studios vacation! The owners were excellent with their communication with us! Any time we needed something or had a question, Marj texted back right away! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen has plenty of seating for breakfast, and the bar stools in the kitchen were used every morning, along with the kitchen table so we could all eat together. The kids enjoyed the pool, and there were pool floats and beach towels provided. I would definitely recommend getting the heat for the hot tub even in the summer months! They heated just the hot tub for us as the pool was warm enough without heat. The hot tub jets felt amazing after long days at the parks! The house was just like the pictures. The beds were a little more on the firm side than soft like we are used to, but very comfortable. Slept really well! There is a super Walmart really close by to buy whatever you need for food to prepare for breakfasts and snacks. Coffee pot does not need filters as the filter just needs to be rinsed out. The kids loved playing pool in the game room. The master bedroom and bathroom downstairs is huge and awesome with a huge walk in closet. Anything we noticed that needed attention was acknowledged and handled by the owners right away. We have stayed at homes closer to Disney, but this was less expensive and had everything we needed for a great vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Vacation Home

We had a lovely time at the property. The house was very clean and just as in the photos. Little touches such as providing starter soap, kitchen roll, and toilet paper were very welcome. There were a few queries I had but Marj answered and resolved them very quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here!

Great location for relaxing and Disney

House was large enough for 9 of us including 3 children under age of 8. Perfect distance restaurants and Walmart, nice to be able to go to Disney and then get away from most of the hustle and bustle and come home and swim.

Great rental

Huge open space, clean and very nice. Heated pool was great for the kids to have fun. Communication with the owner was very easy to get ahold of and quick to reply. Thank you for a great vacation stay!

Too many issues

We ended up having to leaving this property due to poor property management. Unfortunately the owners were not aware of the issues and were at the mercy of the local property management which was failing to maintain the property as depicted on the listing. We did not have internet, the upstairs AC unit was not working, the gaming unit was not there, a billiard's ball was missing, the vent was hanging in the living room, there was water damage to the ceiling above the laundry area, the property manager was supposed to come check in and never showed up and were unavailable or unresponsive when we went to the office and called. It was a lot of added stress to a long awaited family vacation that put a damper on our first couple days of vacation.

Hi Kate, My sincere apology to you and your family for the interruption of your vacation. Once I was aware of the issues I offered you a refund tried to to find you another suitable villa. My main concern for your family was the broken Ac upstairs which was fixed the following day. Regarding the internet it was an issue in the entire resort which we have no control of and that’s unfortunate. However we have address all the other concerns and had them resolved immediately. My goal is to ensure that our guests feel comfortable, enjoy our home and have a wonderful vacation. Thank you for bringing those issues to my attention as I am not local and was not aware. Due to the pandemic It was a challenge for me to check in on the villa. I trusted our management to make sure that everything’ was in order. That has since been changed…. AMAZING VILLA

The house was amazing and had everything we needed!!!! Tons of plates and pots and pans which saved us a bunch of money not having to eat out. I bought a bunch of pool supplies but ended up not needing them as the villa was stocked with all the pool toys we needed. The house really has room for everyone and we played an epic game of hide and seek on one of our days off from the park. You really can not find a better rental then this for your vacation!! We will definitely be staying here next year when we visit Disney.

It was a clean and well equipped home.

Overall it was a great experience, the house was clean, it was stocked with necessities, had a little bit of a hiccup with the pool being heated but the landlord got on it immediately and problem solved. The landlord is very pleasant and very understanding. The pool was wonderful. Some of the TVs did not work, a lot of the remotes did not work despite putting new batteries in them. It was not a huge issue as we were there on vacation and TV was not a huge part of our vacation. Would definitely recommend the home, we will definitely be staying there again.

Why they chose this property

After many visits to Florida to spend our family holidays we decided to have our own villa in Orlando.

The reason we decided on this Villa was its position in the quiet cul de sac in the Glenbrook Resort, the layout and the sheer quality of the rooms and furniture. The Pool was large with a Jetted Spa and most of all its secluded. We have seen many vacation homes with all the pools overlooked and almost on top of each other.

The Glenbrook Club House was another important factor as it has lots of additional facilities that many other resorts do not have for guests to enjoy.
Also, our home is very close to the Gates of Disney World about 7 miles away, with all the theme parks and attractions within close proximity it was the perfect location for us.

We hope you will enjoy your holiday at Mickeys Paradise as much as our other guests have.
