Located directly on the beautiful white beaches with amazing views of the Gulf of America. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom corner unit is located on the 7th floor. Enjoy the spacious room with two master bedrooms with king beds and a private balcony. Included in the remodel were new cabinets, granite, stainless steel appliances, and new bedding. The guest room has a queen-size bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Located one mile west of Hwy 59, the complex is convenient to all restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.

A stacked washer and dryer are included for your convenience. Free high-speed internet access via wi-fi is included and cable. Amenities also include iron and ironing board and all linens.

The complex has two pools, one heated during cooler months, and two kiddie pools. Best of all, you are only a few short steps to the beautiful sugary white sand beaches!

We provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a trash bag and a small bar of soap. This is enough to get started but NOT enough for the entire stay. We do not provide a blowdryer.

* Beach service available for chairs and umbrellas rentals.
*A security guard is on duty for your safety. You will purchase a parking pass on-site with the guard. The cost is $30 for 14 days and $40 for up to 30 days. A new parking pass must be purchased every 30 days.
* The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

The room was perfect! We had 7 people ranging in age from 70 years old to 2 years old. And 2 balconies was a plus!! The room was clean and had a great ocean view. Best of all the beaches wasn’t over crowded!! The host was very helpful when our teenagers jammed up the lock on the door. I can’t wait to book another stay!

Unit was ok. Really Small. Very dated. Beds are hard, mattress not to comfortable. AC unit wasn't cooling at first, had to change the air filter, was filthy. Garden tub in front bedroom leaks.Was mold on the ceiling in the living room and master bedroom. Stay was ok.Close to the beach was the only winner for us.Pool ok, way to small for the amount of people staying in these condos.

This guest was unaware of how to adjust the thermostat for the unit. Once adjusted it cooled great. The filter did need changing and we appreciate that the guest handled that for us. We try to accommodate the bed preferences but that is super difficult for us to do for everyone. Was not aware of the garden tub leaking. We will have that looked at right away. There is no mold on the celling, its dust buildup over the Peak Season. It will be cleaned as soon as the unit is available. There are 2 pools that can be used on this property.

The condo was perfect and the location ideal. It was very clean and the kitchen had every thing we needed for the short stay. The owner was super responsive and easy to work with on a very late arrival. I gave a 4 star vs 5 due to the mattresses. They were a little hard and uncomfortable for my preference but the teen slept well. We would stay at this location again. It was perfect !

This place is all about the location with a fantastic view. It’s great because it’s a 3-3 with king beds. Dishwasher powder was provided as well as all kitchen items. There is laundry in the condo which is great if you need it. The property manager was very responsive. It was clean overall, but mirrors and windows need a good clean. I didn’t bother contacting her regarding this issue because it didn’t affect our stay. The primary toilet has flushing issues so be aware of that.

Our group of four friends, two married couples, were very pleased with everything about this 7th floor condo in Surfside Shores I. The property owner was quick to respond to all my questions and check-in was breeze. This is an end unit with 3 BR and 3 bathrooms with 2 king beds and one queen. We always try to find king beds which is not easy. I booked immediately upon finding this unit with 2 king beds. You will find everything you need for cooking in the kitchen but we always eat out for our “big meal” and didn’t do any cooking. If your stay is longer than four days, you will need to buy toilet paper, paper towels, soap for bathing and Dawn if you hand wash your dishes. Overall, a great location with an incredible view.
