Located directly on the beautiful white beaches with amazing views of the Gulf of America. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom corner unit is located on the 7th floor. Enjoy the spacious room with two master bedrooms with king beds and a private balcony. Included in the remodel were new cabinets, granite, stainless steel appliances, and new bedding. The guest room has a queen-size bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Located one mile west of Hwy 59, the complex is convenient to all restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.

A stacked washer and dryer are included for your convenience. Free high-speed internet access via wi-fi is included and cable. Amenities also include iron and ironing board and all linens.

The complex has two pools, one heated during cooler months, and two kiddie pools. Best of all, you are only a few short steps to the beautiful sugary white sand beaches!

We provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a trash bag and a small bar of soap. This is enough to get started but NOT enough for the entire stay. We do not provide a blowdryer.

* There is a 3.2% charge for using a credit or debit card.
*A security guard is on duty for your safety. You will purchase a parking pass on-site with the guard. The cost is $30 for 14 days and $40 for up to 30 days. A new parking pass must be purchased every 30 days.
* The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. You can cancel 30 days prior to check in to get your money back.

Family Vacation 2024

Overall had a great vacation. Only downside to the condo was that even though there were three bedrooms and bathrooms, the space felt overall cramped. Tiny bathroom with limited space to put baggage. Loved the location and view of the condo. There is a little less beach than most other condos I've stayed in but I loved that aspect. It was a step off the boardwalk and bam beach! Close to all our favorite restaurants! Other than feeling cramped we had a great stay!

Great Location, Amenities, and Accessible Beach

We enjoyed this property with my husband, two children, sister, brother-in-law, and parents. We loved that each bedroom had a large bed and its own bathroom. While the bathrooms are dated, they are clean and acceptable for use. The beach accessibility is also a huge pro with the beach front being short. We were able to place our chairs within 15-20 feet of the beach access. This was nice for my dad who has had to have double knee replacements. We all also enjoyed the short walk.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location

This property is in a perfect location-the sandy beach is only hundreds of steps away! There are plenty of restaurants and shops very close as well. The property was very clean upon arrival. Our only hiccup on this trip involved the parking passes- we caravanned in 3 vehicles. There are only 2 allotted per condo. Thankfully a kind neighbor helped us, but just keep this in mind if traveling separately. Overall a beautiful property and we will keep this in mind for future vacations.

Poorly lacking

When I read the reviews, it seemed that the only drawback was that it was dated. This condo was not clean and very rundown. Rug was stained and worn. Black mildew or mold was all over the vent. Scuff marks and peeling paint on walls and ceiling. It is a shame that someone can’t take the time to make these minor repairs. This place has potential. The balcony was very nice and had a beautiful view.

Needs minor clarification on VRBO. But CLOSE to beach!

There are 3 bathrooms, which is great. However, one is a garden tub; one has tub/shower, but no shower curtain liner, one is a stand alone shower. The toilet was flushing oddly and ended up stopping up in the main bathroom and we couldn't use it for 24 hrs. There were TWO plungers in that bathroom, so maybe happened before? You can tell one of the toilets and the thermostat were replaced, but paint hasn't been touched up around them. I got responses to text REALLY quick. Parking is $30 per car, which is a little high for just 3 days, but it was noted on VRBO.VERY close to beach. Love the french doors instead of slider also.

Just okay unit

We had a rough start to this trip. We had still not received checkin instructions (access code) at 3:45 so I messaged and texted. I did get a quick response and was sent the access code. When we arrived, we found the balcony door in the master bedroom open (it was storming and I had no idea how long it had been open). We also found a large clump of hair in the tub. I texted and received a response a few hours later that she could have someone come back to clean. (We declined as we had already cleaned ourselves). Other minor issues included the toilet running almost nonstop in the guest bedroom, the dishwasher had water sitting in the bottom so we didn’t use it, and the master bedroom TV had to be rebooted each night for the Dish to work.There were extra pillows but not pillow cases and no beach towels were provided so we had to purchase those items. The kitchen was well stocked and the view was beautiful.

no entry code for condo until we arrived at condo and had to make phone calls. furniture outdated. sofa dilapidated. mattresses in middle and bedroom by balcony need to be replaced. dead bolt lock on entry door did not work. dishwasher would not start on departure. mildew on shower curtain in bathroom near balcony. crack in sheetrock in br by front door under light switch. toilets too low. dryer flap with missing screw and hanging on washer.

Good: great location, easy beach access, kitchen nicely updated immaculate common areas Negative: not as upgraded as described . Popcorn ceiling, bathrooms are original and living area very small for 3 bedroom unit. Renters must purchase a parking pass and no beach chairs or service provided Each tv has 3 remotes, most without batteries, and connected with extension cords for power Note: made and paid for the reservation on VRBO website. When the owner confirmed, she told me that a 3.2% fee would be added for using a credit card. She stated that to avoid the charge I should have paid by check. This was not an option on the website. Also the additional fee did not appear on any agreement. Owner did waive the fee. Our group really enjoyed our visit to Gulf Shores but were underwhelmed with condo as presented.

1 bed had sand on the comforter and in the bed. Had to remove and shake the sand out. Did not appreciate having to pay an additional amount after booking because we used a credit card to pay for the rental. How else could it have been paid for? Should have been a part of the upfront fees.

Great place right on the beach!

Pros: Nice place, on the beach, plenty of room, nice furnishings and decor, beautiful sunrises (no sunsets).Cons: King mattress on beachside was high in the center and sloped towards edge enough that I had to put a blanket underneath to even out. Didn't get to enjoy the patio much because of the chain smoker next door :(

Thanksgiving Break

We had a wonderful time. The kitchen is equipped almost as well as your own kitchen would be. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. I would suggest replacing the mattress set in the front bedroom overlooking the beach. It is extremely hard and not very comfortable. Overall - this is an excellent venue for 3 couples.

Great last minute stay!

Tropical storm had us booking a different location for the next day. We were happy to find this booking last minute. Price was good, location was amazing! Not the cleanest place we have ever stayed at and overall is showing its age in places, but not enough to deter us from enjoying our vacation. The balcony was fantastic and saw several dolphins! Lots of linens/towels provided which we appreciated being there for several days. Kitchen adequately stocked except potholders were not found. One tip: No beach towels so bring your own! Overall an enjoyable stay and would consider staying again!
