- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that is under 30 lbs and non- shedding (up to 2 dogs). If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. This property was the perfect spot to get to downtown Nashville or the Gulch or even across the river. Very comfortable and the hosts were extremely accommodating. Nice residence that comfortably fit our group of 8 adults. Temp of the house was great and all the amenities worked excellent. 10/10 would stay here again if visiting Nashville.

In the shadows of the city

Perfect location for a weekend to explore all that Nashville has to offer. Very spacious living quarters for our group. Only 2 miles from Broadway Street, Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and the Bridgestone Arena. Grand Old Opry was a 15 minute drive. We will definitely be back to this location.

Awesome!!

We were so excited to see Nashville and this was the perfect place to stay. I can’t thank the owners enough!! The only thing I would change is to put more throw blankets in the house, it got chilly at night. Otherwise very clean, spacious, perfect layout for a group, and the perfect accommodation.

Friends from Iowa

Came in on a quick weekend trip with friends. Our plane arrived before check in time but Aaron allowed us to drop off our bags early so we didn't have to haul them around Broadway. Check in/check out was smooth. Nice home - very comfortable. Has a roof top patio that we checked out briefly. With warmer weather coming, it definitely is a perk!

This property needs some repairs. First of all, the bathroom tub sounds like it's going to cave in and it's very loud when you step in to take a shower. The toilets shake when you sit on them and the handles on the faucet in the bathroom are very loose. There are no curtains when you're taking a shower. There are no curtains in the living room for privacy. The house is near Broadway but not in the best neighborhood. The property was clean and when there was any questions they got back to you quickly.

Good location

Location was in close proximity to most things. You can walk to broadway. Neighborhood is mixed with updates and run down properties. A couple light bulbs were burnt out including 1 by front door. We couldn't get tv/ roku to work. Garbage disposal didn't work. Plus side condo was very spacious. Awesome roof top deck. We had enough towels and toiletries.We loved the big kitchen and bed set up.

Overall fun time here! Close to everything we wanted to do. We were told by uber driver it was not the best area and not to be walking around at night. Disappointed we received welcome email specifically saying there was a Keurig coffee maker and it also showed a keurig in the listing photos so we bought Kpods for it. But what was there was regular drip coffee machine. The living room is very nice but they should update listing photos because the entire room was different furniture and decor than what was shown in photos. Rental could use some TLC. Many walls were pretty scuffed and dinged up and some spaces were pretty dusty and had cobwebs.
