Beautiful, spacious single family home located in a quiet neighborhood minutes from Snowmass Ski Resort. Walk a few steps out the door to catch the free 5 minute shuttle to the base of Snowmass Resort. The free Aspen bus is only two blocks away as well. World class mountain biking begins right outside the door with the North and South Rim Trail heads at the top of Sinclair Road. Hardwood floors with beautiful beams accent the updated kitchen and wood burning fireplace of the main living area. Stunning views span from the Continental Divide to the Snowmass Ski area and can be seen from the multiple windows and oversized deck.

Other amenities include: Hot Tub, BBQ, cable, flatscreen TV, surround sound and SONOS speaker system, wireless internet, washer, dryer, fully furnished granite kitchen complete with beverage center and high end appliances, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. Sleeps up to 10.

Fabulous location

Our multi-generational family loved our visit. Ken's communications were timely and positive, the location was fabulous, with nearby amenities, the free shuttle etc. very convenient. In all a perfect mountain getaway.

This is a wonderful vacation home with all that our family needed and more. Spacious living space, plenty of sleeping options, tons of amenities. Awesome House in Snowmass

The home is large and comfortable. It is equipped with everything you need. It is a lovely mile walk to Snowmass Base Village and the gondola to the mall. It is an easy drive to Snowmass, Buttermilk, and Aspen. Ken the owner is awesome to deal with.

Wonderful and welcoming in Snowmass Village

This home is beautifully situated in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants and the ski area. Well supplied kitchen, plenty of room for 6 adults and a child, immaculately clean. Ken, the owner, replied to all communications quickly and efficiently. He was a joy to work with in making our visit stress free and thoroughly enjoyable. Hope to return soon.

The house was very clean and tidy! Had everything we needed and the location was great! Ken was very nice and asked if we needed anything. Would definitely stay there again! My husband left his wedding ring behind and Ken shipped it to us. I told him I would pay for shipping but he said no. That is so nice and he went out of his way to make sure everything was great for our stay! Thank you Ken!!

We loved our stay! The house was perfect for our needs, and it was one of the best equipped houses I have ever rented (kitchen, towels, etc). The location is great and the shuttle buses to Snowmass Village and to Aspen are easy and convenient. Kenny is an extremely nice, accommodating, and laid-back guy who provided us with lots of helpful information. We did have an issue with the sink and garbage disposal while we were there, and Kenny was on it within minutes of us texting him. He had someone there first thing the next morning to fix it, and Kenny even cleaned up the kitchen and unwashed dishes after the repairman left. We plan to stay again in the future! Highly recommend.

I have visited Aspen / Snowmass since I was a child and have been living here for the past 20 winter seasons. My summers are spent at the beach on Long Beach Island, New Jersey catching waves, fishing, and playing in a local band. In the winters I work on the Snowmass Ski Patrol and I am very knowledgable of the town and the mountains. I currently also own two local restaurants, Rock Island Oyster Bar & Grill in Snowmass and Hominy Southern Kitchen in El Jebel. I will be able to help with any questions, problems, requests, etc. to help make your stay the most enjoyable possible. I have teamed up with Premier Property Management to help provide impeccable service from the moment you step foot in the home. Please do not hesitate to call or email with any further inquiries.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood for many great reasons. The first time driving up the street I noticed families out on walks, incredible views and landscapes, and this feeling of home instantly came over me. It is unique in that it is so close to the resort, yet you you are separated from the tourist scene in a very comfortable and welcoming setting! Being so close to the free bus and hiking / biking trails is a huge plus too!
