Renovated 3 bed 2 bath gorgeous home in the heart of Atlanta! Nice open floor plan with tons of natural light. New floors, kitchen & new appliances, plus W&D! Two smart tv’s, 70 inch to in living room and 65 inch in master bedroom. Long driveway for parking and a welcoming front porch.
Backyard is fenced in. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Near the Mercedes Benz Stadium, downtown ATL, State Farm Arena, Midtown, Grove Park, GA tech, & the Beltline.
Close to restaurants, bars & Marta! Only 1.5 to MIDTOWN!

The space:
The home has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and has been newly renovated. Some of the furniture may differ from the photos as things get changed around. Inflatable mattresses can be available upon request for parties with more than 6 guests. No parties allowed and no smoking. A $500 charge will be imposed if there are traces of smoke, cigarettes, hookah. A valid photo ID will be required before check-in or no code will be provided and no refund. Same day / last minute bookings can require later check-in.

Guest access:
The entire house. Please make sure accurate guest count is listed, there are additional fees, per guest, per night, after the 4th guest. Last minute bookings can require a different check-in as the host needs to make sure home is ready. Check-in times will vary for last minute same day bookings.

Conference Housing

House worked great for 9 adult guys who were in Mercedes Benz for a conference. About a 1.1 mile walk from the stadium. Beds were very comfortable and house worked great for our stay. Owner was very responsive when we had a couple questions. Would stay here again!
