2 sun-filled living rooms with decks, 2 spacious sunny queen bedrooms with balconies, high A-frame ceilings, 2 full bathrooms with tubs, a kitchen with a glass door, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a large flatscreen TV with streaming, 1 garage parking space, a vintage row boat, 2 stand-up paddle boards, 2 bikes, beach chairs + umbrella and work out equipment.

Watch the ducks float by from the living room.
Quiet, tranquil, clean, 2 level home with canal front and back courtyard decks.
The canals are a historic district and pedestrian area with limited car traffic.
Walk 2 blocks to watch the sunset on the beach.

The property has a front 2 level home with a canal front and back courtyard deck (listed here), a courtyard garden in the middle with a garage in the back. Guests have access to all of this area.

There is a guest house above the garage where I reside. There is full privacy and separation.

This is a quiet, tranquil neighborhood that is walking distance from excellent restaurants, shops on Abbot Kinney, the beach and the best of everything Venice has to offer.
