The cozy TV room/den offers a queen size pullout sleep sofa. Hardwood floors throughout, indoor garage parking. This area offers exceptional walking and biking paths, surfing, kayaking with the sea lions, and great walkable restaurants. 20 mins from LAX, 15 mis to Santa Monica Pier, 10 mins to Abbott Kinney shopping and fabulous dining.
