Walking distance from El Paseo (The Rodeo Drive of the desert), College of the Desert (where there's a great swap meet every weekend), McCallum Theater, Westfield Shopping Towne and MORE!
360 mountain view.
5 minute drive to The Living Desert and great hiking. 10 minutes to the Agua Caliente casino.
3 bed, 2 bath, living room, kitchen, laundry room, dining room, big front yard, big back yard, pool (heating optional), hot tub, awesome patio with BBQ.
Broadband WiFi Internet.
Roku on all TVs.
Airstream Pool House!!!
It is very charming and comfortable.
Front and back yard were recently redone, and the patio and pool are great!

Due to new Palm Desert rules, this house is only available for 28 days or longer.
Ask me about discounts for longer stays.

There is a clean up fee, usually $100 per stay, based on what shape you leave it in, it could be more (95% of all visitors only pay $100 for the cleaning).

Tax for stays under 28 days is 11% per the city of Palm Desert.
Will be added at time of booking. But since there is no stays under 28 days, you will not be taxed.

Super pool and location

The house is an older house, but it brought back fond memories of my youth. The house met our needs. The pool was wonderful. Great location to restaurants and shopping. We e look forward to stay there again. Max, the owner, was very nice and communicated with you on how your stay was going.

We loved the location of this property. The owner was very responsive to our needs. The huge backyard had everything you need to enjoy the CA sun! The house built in 1949 needs some updating but was comfortable overall.

Definitely a good location

Max was extremely pleasant, but his property needs a lot of TLC. The painted cement floors were cold and uninviting. Walls needed painting, furniture was shabby. The plus was the huge back yard with a lovely big pool. Location was wonderful, walking distant to the mall, El Paseo, the street fair and a lovely park.

We are a family of four... 2 young kids, so the house is very kid friendly. We have a master bedroom, a "kids room" and an "in-law" room. We hope you'll love our house as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We love this house. It is an older house that has been lovingly cared for. We took over and have continued the tradition... and updated the pool, hot tub, yard, house, etc.
It's not for everyone... About once every few years, someone makes it abundantly clear that they don't like it (recently someone said they would sooner drive back to Minneapolis - in the Winter! - than stay at our house). . If you think you could find yourself saying this about someone's house, you may want to look elsewhere. If you want the latest and greatest of everything, it may not be for you. But we have good internet, TVs, streaming music, etc. the pictures tell the story. It's not just a house. It's a home. Reach out with questions.
