Cozy and quiet getaway close to Park & Bay

Cozy and quiet getaway, surrounded by plenty of green, nested between McNally Park and Mobile Bay, walking minutes away from scenic views of Mobile Bay and the public park. There are boat ramps into Perch Creek as well as the Bay. The home is 45 Minutes away from Dauphin Island and its Gulf Coast beaches. Yet, city life and Mobile downtown are only 15 minutes away.

The house was completely remodeled in 2023.

To accommodate larger groups (up to 12 guests), based on availability, it is possible to book a second home (sleeps 6) located on the same property. Please reach out to the property manager or owner for further information.

We enjoyed our stay in the little cottage! It is minutes to downtown Mobile. The property is well taken care of and very clean on the inside. We hope to visit again during Mardi Gras!!

Perfect for small group with teens.

We enjoyed the games and watching movies as our trip was rainy and cold. Home was cozy and had everything needed for a comfortable stay! Property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. We plan to stay here again when visiting family in Mobile.

This was a perfectly located home for our trip to visit family. Quiet location and good communication between host. It was big enough for 2 couples ..but only one bathroom. It was very clean and had enough cookware for us to prepare meals. There was only 2 of us but could easily had 2 more adults. Easy to get to I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and Charming

We loved the quiet charm of this house. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Our kids appreciated having their own rooms and we loved the king-sized bed! The kitchen was well appointed. There are plenty of restaurants just a short drive from the home. It was easy to get to downtown Mobile from this location.
