Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, direct access to the pool deck, fireplace, walk in closet, office/ den and an oversized ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and soaking tub. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin size beds, direct private patio access and private ensuite bathroom. In the living room you will marvel at the high open beam ceilings, built in cocktail bar and fireplace for those chilly winter nights. There is a separate dining room area that opens up to the pool deck for easy entertaining. The large kitchen has a built in breakfast nook, newer appliances and a large gas cooktop with 4 burners, a griddle and indoor grill. Bedroom 3 is located just outside the kitchen door. Here you will enjoy your own separate entrance, direct access to the pool deck and private ensuite bathroom. There are ceiling fans in all common area rooms and every bedroom as well as central heat and AC.
With the property being situated on the corner of two quiet streets, you will feel like you are in your own private garden with mature native and non native vegetation. Filled with one of a kind sculptures thru out the property, there are joyful surprises around every corner. There is a dark pebble tech pool and spa with several custom design features built in to the layout, alfresco dining for 6, several lounge chairs and conversation areas for all to enjoy.
Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.
There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.
Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals
The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:
All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 3 car maximum.
Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.
Please note this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is not a party house.
