Sit, sip and stay a spell while surrounded by picturesque vistas, mountain views, and tranquil surroundings. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Where The Eagles Soar boast four En Suite bedrooms, a bunk room, spa room with sauna, and gameroom with a fireplace, air hockey and board games. Each of the four levels in this family friendly home provides an opportunity for fun or relaxation.

Views!!!! 4 king bedrooms with en suites; 2 bedrooms with private balconies. Spa room with sauna, sitting area and yoga. Game room with large screen TV, wet bar, fire place and air hockey. Large bunk room sleeps 6 (full over full and twin over twin)

Guests have access to entire house.

Guests may message host in the App with any questions.

3 levels of decks/patios with outdoor dining and gas grill and gas fire pit. Plenty of backyard space to accommodate fun for entire family.

Main dining upstairs with breathtaking mountain views! It seats 8. Entry floor has convertible dining table which seats 6 for those with any mobility challenges.
Put all trash in trash bags and place in trash bins by the garage.

Put used towels in laundry room.

Remove all food from refrigerator.

Load and start dishwasher.

If you used the grill, please clean and place the grill cover back on before checking out.

Turn off all lights indoors and outdoors. Outdoor lights must be turned off from outlet outside sliding door of spa room to the right.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure exterior lights around the backyard and decks are turned off. Switch is just outside spa room to the right.
Make sure grill and gas fire pit are covered. Notify host if tanks are empty.
Trash day is Wednesday. If you’re there on a Tuesday, please pull trash to the street and leave space in between the cans so trash truck can mechanically pick up cans.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Put all trash in trash bags and place in trash bins by the garage. Put used towels in laundry room. Remove all food from refrigerator.

Where the Eagles Soar is located in the mountains in Hot Springs Village. The views are amazing! The breathtaking views make this home a guest favorite. Plus, there's space for everyone!

What makes this property unique

This is a stunning 4-story round house built by Deltec Homes. Deltec is nationally known for constructing round houses. This property is a must see! You enter the property on the main level which contains two king en suites (one with private balcony), kitchen, dining, living and balcony with breathtaking views.

Upstairs are two king en suites (one with private balcony), formal dining with expansive mountain views as well as an office area.

Downstairs is the man cave with big screen tv, wet bar, fire place, air hockey and balcony with dining table. Also on this floor is a bunk room that sleeps up to 6 people. This floor also has a huge walk-in shower with two shower heads.

On the bottom floor is a spa room with sauna, tv, sitting area as well as workout area.

Enjoy the natural scenery from the lower patio and backyard. This level has a gas firepit for those chilly nights. Come prepared to relax and enjoy your stay. Leave recharged! This will be a one-of-a kind experience.
