The accommodation is a studio built in the owners garage. As long as you don’t mind hearing what’s going on in their house you’re good. The owner will remind you throughout your stay about every rule that you need to abide by. For me it was a little much for our two day stay. Next time I will get a hotel room.

For clarification, the studio is a completely private and independent space with its own entrance, bathroom, and amenities, as described in our listing. We do live in the adjoining residence, which is also disclosed so guests know what to expect before booking. Regarding the house rules, our intention is never to make guests feel uncomfortable. This was a cozy modern studio with a perfect little kitchenette and amazing bathroom. There is also a gas grill available for use in the small back deck. The community is quiet, clean and safe. It has 3 pools within the community that are super close, easily accessible and well kept. The owners were very welcoming and super responsive. They were also very respectful of our privacy. I stayed with my wife and teenage daughter and we were very comfortable. The space can easily accommodate 4 persons especially if you will be spending most of your time out and about and there are so many wonderful things to do in the area. I 100% recommend this property for nice quiet get aways.

We had a wonderful stay at Amato’s! It was great talking with our host, who gave us helpful tips on places to visit, like the Saint Petersburg Pier. We also enjoyed the local bar and watching the Bears game with so many friendly locals. The place was very clean and comfortable—perfect for resting after a few days on our Caribbean cruise. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality!
