Stressful start
An online map to the property was sent to me and the property was located in the ocean, according to the map. I was suppose to be met at the property, I had to pick up the key downtown. Bad instructions on how to get there as well. Got locked on the balcony because the door nob fell off. Very windy one week and the wind blew in through the closed windows, enough to move my hair at the end of the bed and sounded like a tornado. Made for difficult sleeping. Every day sand would fill the deck and start coming under the door into the house. Very poor cleaning equipment to make the sand tolerable. Nice holiday if you like to clean lots. Asked for a house keeper no response, but they just showed up. Nice and did a good job but notification would have been appreciated. Only one key given, 2 would have been nice. No place to hang and dry scuba gear. Sad little bucket, good thing there was a hose. Storage lockers by the pool but had no access to them. Hauling scuba gear up and down 3 flights of stairs, great fun… I was not told this before hand in fact the opposite. Information regarding what to do when we left the property was not given, I asked a couple of times but no communication for the entire 2 weeks. Having said all this.. nice view, nice quiet area despite all the local construction. Wonderful island, I will come back but not stay here.
