Welcome to 521 Bartow Street. This large beautifully decorated home is located on the desirable South end of Saint Simons Island, Ga. This home offers a great combination of large social gathering areas and private getaway spaces where everyone can play, relax, swim, eat, work and get a great nights sleep.

Located on the South end of the island St. Simons Pier Village area serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining, and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the inlet you'll find the light house and museum, Neptune Park with ocean side pool, playground, minature golf course, fishing pier, public library and an oak shaded picnic area.

This home is just a short bike ride from grocery stores, restaurants, museums, boutique shops, putt putt and the beach. This is sure to be a family favorite for years to come.

We would like to make your vacation as stress free as possible. Services that we offer for an additional charge include bike rentals, golf cart rentals, kayak tours, fishing excursions, sunset cruises, island trolley tours and much more. We can also have one of the local island chefs come to your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests. **Any of these services will need a seven to ten day advance notice during the summer season.**

We also offers a grocery shopping service. For an additional fee, we will grocery shop for you and deliver to your home prior to your arrival. ** This service needs a 48 hour advance notice.**

Each of our properties comes with the following

Linens, towels, dishes, standard kitchenware, hairdryer, an iron, and wireless internet/cable television services. So you won’t have to start your vacation with a trip to the store, we supply you with the following essentials:

1 roll of paper towels
2 trash bags
2 laundry detergent pods
2 dishwasher soap pods
1 bar of soap in each bathroom
Liquid hand soap
Liquid dish soap

Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night.

Family summer vacation

Our family had a great time here!! The property was beautiful and had more than enough room for everyone. The pool was a great bonus. The home is within walking distance of downtown.

Great house layout

This house has a fantastic kitchen, high ceilings, and plenty of beds. It’s just a 15 min walk from the pier and there’s a playground basically across the street. Its an especially great setup for a group with a lot of kids because they can stay upstairs and the adults downstairs. The rooms are pretty sound proof… we stayed with a toddler and a newborn and some loud snorers and the sound stayed pretty contained to their rooms. Would stay here again.

Family vacation to celebrate a 75th birthday!

House was lovely! Had some issues with the pool but mgt had it serviced the following day. We had family from 10-75 years old and enclosed porch looking out over the pool was nice because of the 90+ temp. Living area downstairs was also comfortable as well as the loft area upstairs. Enjoyed the pool, playing corn hole and grilling out. We rented golf carts to use to get to the beach which worked out great.

You Will NOT Be Disappointed!

Our family of 10 recently stayed in this gorgeous home and were very impressed with the location, spacious living areas, the decor, kitchen & supplies and of course the pool! Even the furniture was nicely made and modern. Highly recommend!
