About this property

Lovely little farmhouse in country setting. Listen to the creek while enjoying the patio, sit by the fire and stargaze at night. Located in the heart of the mountains with a level driveway. Only 12 miles to Downtown Boone and 10 miles to the Historic Valle Crucis and Original Mast General Store. A great place to stay without being close to the noise of the college life. Custom build children's playhouse in the back yard for the kids to enjoy and only 3 miles to the Trade TN Grist Mill and playground.

New Year Getaway

The house was perfect. It was well stocked, the views were priceless and the sounds that nature produce was needed. The playhouse for my grandchildren was perfect. Great home. I hope to visit again

Perfect mountain getaway!

We had an amazing visit here! The location and house was exactly what we were looking for, and the property manager was so accommodating. We stayed for Christmas, so she even put up a little tree for us!

Great Stay in Zionville

My mom and I chose this place for its proximity to my son and his family in Zionville. We expected a nice place but we’re blown away by how comfortable it was for us. It’s a great country home to relax in and had plenty of room for my son and his family to join us in the afternoon. My little grandson enjoyed the backyard and its mini chalet, which was well equipped with everything a child could want, including a reading loft. Our host was very responsive and friendly and what a nice surprise to see snacks waiting for us when we arrived! We will definitely be back!

Country living

Loved this cottage, it was immaculate, and had a hard time determining if it was an old house that was renovated or a newer house kept up immaculately.. but more than that, sitting on the porch at night with a glass of wine, listening to the stream was the perfect country evening.. we travel often, and this was our favorite one nighter ever, would have loved to spend a week here, thank you for a wonderful experience.
