Cutie on Kenbridge - Long term stays welcome

This cozy 2 bedroom house offers easy access to the lovely city of Richmond. Situated on a corner lot with off-street parking. Short drive to restaurants, bars, breweries, shopping, library, parks, and more. Carytown, VCU and Scotts Addition are just a few miles west. Richmond Airport is just 7 minutes away, Richmond Raceway just 14 minutes away. Two hours south of DC, 45 min west of Williamsburg, and 2 hours to VA Beach.

Lounge on the comfy sofa and stream your favorite shows. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a Roku TV, alarm clock/USB charging port and room darkening blinds. The office is equipped with wifi and printer for easy remote working. Kitchen is well outfitted should you want to stay in and cook. Chairs added to office to allow desk to also serve as dining area if desired.

(Please note that we have installed exterior cameras for security purposes, and to monitor that our rental policies are upheld.)

Christmas Stay at Cutie on Kenbridge

This was an enjoyable property to stay at. The neighborhood was quiet and close to lots of shopping and convenient to everything.
