This 1-bedroom cottage home is perfect for your stay in Richmond. The bedroom has a queen bed with luxury linens, multiple down filled pillows, comforter with duvet. The newly renovated bathroom includes a lovely claw foot tub and shower finished in marble. Plush towels and mats make for a spa-like experience. The kitchen boasts a double oven and double sink, microwave, Keurig, and drip coffee maker. Large selection of cooking and baking essentials as well as glassware and utensils. Full size front loading washer and dryer in separate laundry area. Living room has two couches, Sony smart TV, dinette table. Great location that is convenient to all Richmond has to offer. Local restaurants, coffee shops, hiking trails, and river access within a ten minute drive. The cottage was built as a honeymoon home (1930) adjacent to the main residence (1906) I live in the main house. Private setting/large lot. Driveway for RV’s or cars. Sunny and pretty with ambiance. Mature plants and shade tree.
