This tastefully appointed cottage home is perfect for your stay in Richmond. Queen bed with luxury linens, multiple down filled pillows, comforter with duvet. Newly renovated bathroom with lovely claw foot tub and shower finished in marble. Plush towels and mats make for a spa-like experience. The kitchen boasts a double oven and double sink, microwave, Keurig, drip coffee maker, and French Press. Large selection of cooking and baking essentials as well as glassware, dishware, and utensils. Full size front loading washer and dryer in separate laundry area. Bright and open living room has two couches, Sony smart TV, and dinette table that seats four or converts to a work station with views. Hardwood floors throughout. Incredible location on the southside of Richmond on the established and sought after side of Forest Hill Avenue. Mapped within Westover Hills West, adjacent and walking distance to Westover Hills and iconic Riverside Drive. Local restaurants, coffee shops, hiking trails, and parks within a ten minute drive. Spacious lot with large driveway. Mature plants, one hundred year old shade tree, flowering camellia’s and azaleas. Historic, modern convenience, and nature feel. Sunny and pretty with ambiance. Lovely home.

My stay in Sarah’s sweet cottage was wonderful. I Had a couple issues (me not being able to figure out how to turn the stove on and microwave problem) Sarah took care of my concerns immediately. I definitely would stay again at this location.

I love being a host because of the wonderful people I’ve met and to be able to create living spaces above and beyond guest expectations. I also understand transitions, so I’m happy to extend a comfortable and safe haven during this time.
Why they chose this property
I love this neighborhood because of the trees and rolling hills. Whatever the season, it’s either green and lush (summer) vibrant and golden (fall) or clear and white (winter). Local restaurants and coffee shops are warm and lively. There is a great sense of community and locals are friendly. Very convenient to local fairways to get downtown or any other area of Richmond quickly and efficiently.
What makes this property unique
I strive to connect style and ambiance through higher end fixtures, finishes, and furnishings. I travel a lot, so my goal is to extend properties that are warm, functional, and exceed expectations.
