Loved our stay at the Luxe Villa Oasis! Heated pool w/slide was perfect for our grandkids, while I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub! Place was very clean, kitchen appliances and both baths were updated nicely, and host was always available and accommodating to all my requests. Close to beach too. We will definitely be returning!

The property was beautiful and unique. The children loved the backyard the most. Accurate pictures from when the house was first staged. Now it could use some TLC. You could tell the owner hasn’t been there for a while. Only one burner worked on the stove and the tiki bar looks like it’s ready to be torn down. The AC works in the main area so the bedroom doors need to stay open to cool. Whenever we needed to use the outdoor slide - we had to text the owner to turn it on and wait.

Hi Natalia, thanks for the review and for sharing your feedback. We weren’t aware of the burner issue, and since it wasn’t mentioned during your stay, we didn’t get a chance to address it. The AC vents are present in all bedrooms, so we’re not entirely sure about the concern regarding cooling only in the main area. Again, this was never mentioned during your stay. As for the water slide, our house rules do mention that guests need to contact the host to have it turned on. We’ve had a few incidents in the past, so we no longer allow direct guest access for safety reasons. Hope you and your family still enjoyed your stay overall!

Three generations stayed in this home and we all had a wonderful stay! I loved relaxing in the hot tub. My kids, especially my grandsons loved the pool slide, the ping-pong, the air hockey and the cornhole. It’s not easy to drain the energy of two preteen boys, but with all of the amenities they were worn out by evening! The host Aayush communicated well and frequently to resolve any issues. I highly recommend this VRBO!

Beautiful property for our mini getaway with friends and my dogs. So many options for fun and games and a beautiful pool and slide. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms state of the art!There isn’t much green space in the backyard for dogs to do their business, but the neighborhood is lovely for walking. There are some friendly neighborhood cats. One even joined us for a walk

The house was a great space in a good location for our 3 night stay. Furnishings and decor were nice, beds were comfortable, master suite is fabulous. We enjoyed our time and had plenty of room to relax. A few issues: guest bathroom has a nice shower but water gets all over the floor, no vent/exhaust fan to pull out the steam and heat. Additional mirrors in the guest rooms would have been helpful for getting ready. The outdoor space has so much potential but is poorly maintained. The poolside lounges were broken, outdoor kitchen is a disaster and no lighting on the side of yard for games after dark. I was disappointed that we could not use the pool when we arrived. The water wasn’t clean, a lot of debris. The trees had been trimmed recently and the pool had not been serviced. AJ was responsive and had the pool cleaned the next morning but that was our only night to relax at the house and enjoy the pool. Missed opportunity and the reason I chose this property. The outdoor space in general is poorly maintained. On a positive note, the kitchen appliances were amazing! This property has so much potential! It did not meet my expectations for the price.

Nice, comfortable place in a quiet neighborhood

Visiting family nearby, inland, we were looking for something better value and closer than beach lodging. For a bit more than a hotel or a small beach apartment, we got a spacious, modernized house with our own pool, laundry, easy parking, and a quiet family-oriented neighborhood. As a veteran of these kinds of stays, I can say it is always welcome when a listing matches the house well, including photos, condition, and amenities, and the host is responsive. Good work.

We had a very pleasant stay. Aayush was extremely polite, responsive, and accommodating. The experience was amazing— the property was spotless and thoughtfully set up. The games kept our kids entertained, and the pool was perfect with a shallow area for kids and deeper space for adults.The backyard speakers were our absolute favorite. We spent evenings outside playing music at a low volume and enjoying the relaxing backyard vibe, along with the fire pit and tiki bar. The PlayStation games were a fun throwback to our childhood and truly incredible.The neighborhood felt safe and friendly. Anytime we needed something or had a concern, we messaged the host and he responded promptly and resolved it right away. Everything you could possibly need was provided—beach towels, pool toys, and beach toys.Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely come again.

We have had at least 6-8 rentals for varying reasons. I have to say Aayush was hands down the most responsive, unbelievably responsive. We had an operator issue with the smart lock. I texted Aayush and he responded in less than a minute at 11:00 in the evening. We had to text him a few times for features such as turning on the waterfall. He always responded immediately. The house was exactly as advertised, warm welcoming, gorgeous, comfortable and fun. There are more interesting games we played than we saw in the photos. Everything worked flawlessly though we couldn’t start the hot tub but, again, I think that was user error. The pool guy—also friendly, nice and engaging, told us about the property book and said it worked. He suggested downloading an app. We didn’t (hint: we’re all retired). My last observations are, the neighborhood wasn’t just gorgeous, but quiet, eerily quiet, and beautiful. There was some music and children laughing from one behind us. We liked what they were playing. One of my companions shouted, “Turn it up!” They did and then back down. Also, everything you can imagine is 10 minutes away—literally everything. Some areas at the edge of the neighborhood and beyond weren’t as affluent but nothing too sketchy.Overall, 5 out of 5…OK, 6 out of 5!

This is a nice property that is well furnished with comfy beds. It is conveniently located to the beach and easy to get to. The host was very easy to work with. There are some minor items that need repair, but he was responsive and overall it's a great place to stay and we enjoyed our time.
