Light, bright and airy, this spacious, newly renovated Beach House will exceed your expectations. 3 Bedroom/ 3 Bath, contemporary, pool home. 2 large down stairs bedrooms (king beds) and an upstairs bedroom (queen bed) with bathroom and a sitting room (Queen Bed). Beautiful porcelain tile floors downstairs, wood flooring upstairs, impact windows and vaulted ceilings, are just some of the features of this fabulous vacation spot. Lounge in your beautifully landscaped, private backyard with pool and grill. This unit will sleep a maximum of 8 people however, the home is most comfortable with 6 people. There is an additional charge of $35 per person, per night, for the 7th or 8th person. Don't miss this very popular Beach House that books quickly!

This property has a unique tropical feel starting with the lush landscaping lining the sidewalk to the soothing tropical colors used in the decor. Close enough to the beach and restaurants (just 2-3 blocks), this property is also far enough away to enjoy some tranquil moments as well.
