This apartment is one of just eight in its vintage brick building, with no upstairs neighbors and laundry facilities shared between them. The location couldn't be more convenient, with a bus stop around the corner and downtown Seattle (six miles) a quick ride away. Even closer are Walt Hundley Playfield (three-quarters of a mile), the Fauntleroy Ferry Terminal (one mile), the West Seattle Golf Course (two miles), and lovely Alki Beach (four miles).
The vintage exterior conceals an entirely updated interior, where everything from the walls and double-pane windows to the insulation and appliances are brand new. Beneath 12-foot ceilings, you'll find a cozy sitting area with a smart TV, an all-new kitchen with custom tilework, and a bistro dining space. Before turning in each evening, use the complimentary WiFi to catch up on email and get ready for bed in a brand-new bathroom with a cast iron tub, a cherry wood vanity, and granite accents.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
