This apartment is one of just eight in its building, with no upstairs neighbors and laundry facilities shared between them. The location couldn't be more convenient, with a bus stop around the corner and downtown Seattle (six miles) a quick ride away. Even closer, you'll find Walt Hundley Playfield (three-quarters of a mile), the Fauntleroy Ferry Terminal (one mile), the West Seattle Golf Course (two miles), and beautiful Alki Beach (four miles).

Step inside to find a simple, open layout with an updated kitchen at its heart. When you're not dining out, you'll have stainless steel appliances and ample cabinet and counterspace for cooking, as well as a breakfast bar for easy dining. Rounding out the living space are a small sitting area with a TV, an inviting bed, and complimentary WiFi to help you stay connected.
