About this property
Quiet and cozy 55 plus community .
Great home in a 55 plus community setting. There are many areas of the home to enjoy. Sitting in the carport, soaking in the sun light from the sunroom, or relaxing on the lanai. The community is great for walking , bike riding and golf cart use. The club house has a gym, library, pool table, meeting room and swimming pool. There is also a Dollar Store at the entrance of the community which is also within walking distance.
We are close to major highways which facilitate getting to grocery stores and Walmart. Also there are many churches of various denominations nearby.
Disney world is about 50 minutes away, just as many other Orlando amenities.
