With a massive 2 floor deck overlooking the front courtyard you are steps away from all the dining, night life and close to the Chess Club. BJC and Children's hospital around the corner. Easily walkable to Euclid & McPherson, Maryland Plaza, Lindell and Cathedral Basilica of St Louis. You can dine, walk, drink, and shop all within easy walking distance to everything in the Central West End. Downtown is not far either! Easy uber ride/drive to St Louis Cardinals games, Blues Hockey or anything in the city.

Why they chose this property
We love the easy access to shopping, dining and groceries. You will love the walks, the trees and the great things to do in the CWE. It's ideal for visiting forest park, BJC and the surrounding areas.
What makes this property unique
the primary suite upstairs is our dream floor. We designed it as it was going to be our forever home. The shower has two complete separate rain shower heads and is big enough for a group. Has a great soaking tub, en-suite washer & dryer and massive closet. the kitchen is also fantastic for cooking and hosting. All beds are Tuft & Needle and provide a fantastic nights sleep. We love this home, its location and its story of who built it in 1902.
