Wonderful house on the edge of the Araruama Lagoon with total comfort and breathtaking view ideal for those who want to have contact with nature and spend pleasant moments in a beautiful place. Composed of a plot of 800 m² with a beautiful garden and lawn, the garden gate is already in the sand of the lagoon. The house has 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 2 bunk beds, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 suite), 1 social bathroom, 1 large living room with TV and satellite dish, complete kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and crockery. Also has a barbecue in the winter garden, garage. On the balcony there is a hammock by the pond. There is also an outside bedroom with bathroom. Ideal also for those who enjoy sailing, 200 meters away there is a winde and kite surf school, where the world windsurfing championship is held. Móveis novos

Acho que precisa de móveis mais modernos e um piso bem cuidado , para dar uma imprensão de um lugar aconchegante....Todos acham que casa de praia tem que ser lugar de móveis velhos não quero mais vai para a casa de praia... Um ambiente com tudo moderno e colorido ia cair super bem na casa , a piscina também é uma ótima idéia ..

Como a casa e localizada na beira da praia os móveis são adequados para suportar a maresia que é muito forte e com isso ter uma durabilidade maior, porém todos os móveis em perfeito estado. O piso também é adequado ao local seguindo a arquitetura rústica da casa, podendo a pessoa entrar molhado e o piso absorver a agua sendo assim facilitando a limpeza e dando mais segurança por não ficar escorregadio. Em relação a piscina como é na beira da praia não tem como fazer o buraco pois brota água da lagoa e em nenhum momento foi anunciado que a casa teria piscina.
