Back at your stay, walk inside where you will find comfortable and updated living quarters. Here, your favorite shows can be streamed in the spacious living room, your favorite dishes can be prepared in the well-equipped kitchen, and family-style meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. When you'd prefer to cook amongst the trees, head outside and fire up the gas grill. Al fresco dining is also available out on the sunny patio.

Before bed, gather around the dining table for a board game night and tune the home's central air-conditioning to your liking.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
While this is a top-floor unit, the driveway leads directly to the unit's door and there is step-free access.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
