Besides a couple small issues with some appliances, the space came with dishes, a great view, and plenty of space. Our host was very kind and I highly recommend this property.

Highrise apt

Apt was clean and employees were friendly and helpful. Problems were: Very loud street noise. Both elevators out of service at same time. False fire alarms going off.

Extremely unprofessional

On top of not being given a room number, nor having really ANY communication with the host, I had to sit on the phone with Vrbo corporate for 2hrs just to get in touch with someone to let us in. THEN THEY STOPPED TO GET FOOD ON TOP IF BEING 3hrs late! No broom, cleaning supplies, TERRIBLE wifi, always had to sign into someone’s account to use anything(which we had no password to). Overall I extremely unsatisfactory experience. New Orleans was a blast though , just NEVER book in the Chef hwy area!!
