Welcome to our freshly renovated 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom split entry townhome. Whether you're seeking a relaxing getaway, a family friendly adventure, or taking in Southern Alberta, our townhouse offers the perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty. Nestled in West Lethbridge overlooking a greenspace, you'll be close to all the conveniences of city living. Conveniently located on the Westside near parks, U of L, Cavendish Ice Arenas, Curling Club and Paradise Canyon Golf Course The restaurants near by are Tim Hortons, Boston Pizza, Original Joe's, Smitty's, Bar Burrito, Mama La, Subway, Opa, and McDonald's. In the same area there is a No Frill's Grocery Store, M&M frozen food store and Rexall pharmacy.
The townhome offers two living spaces for you to unwind in with abundant natural light streaming through large windows. The upstairs area flows between the living, dining, and kitchen areas, making it perfect for socializing. The upstairs living space has a 55" ROKU TV for your enjoyment. The downstairs area offers a fireplace and a 43" ROKU television. Wi-Fi is located thought the house; bring your own subscription to login to your favorite streaming services.
All three bedrooms feature a queen plush gel memory foam mattress, 4 pillows, nightstand, reading light, alarm clock and ample closet space. One bedroom is located upstairs off the kitchen and the other two are tucked downstairs. The master bedroom also has a desk for you to work at or charge your phone.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts all the equipment you will need to whip up a quick meal or order takeout for your stay. We have full sized appliances, necessary cooking accessories, new countertops, and ample cabinet space. We have free coffee, hot chocolate and teas for you to enjoy!
There are 1.5 bathrooms in the unit. A half bath is located upstairs and a full bathroom with shower/tub is located downstairs.
