Very clean two bedroom apartment. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed. Neighborhood is very quiet, slept with the windows open several nights since the weather was so perfect. Jenny was very responsive and helpful.

Pleasant apartment

Very comfortable apartment, quiet neighborhood, responsive host. Front steps are a bit steep and uneven but manageable. Street parking is a little tight. Only items i couldn't find were dust pan and dish soap. This was my first time in an air b&b, would be happy to stay here again.

Clean, but AC broken, not great neighborhood

The apartment is clean and well designed. However the AC broke the 2nd night of my 4 night stay. I reported it to the host. They said they coupd either get a portable unit or I could vacate and they would refund me my last 2 nights. So I chose to vacate. I have message details from the host saying they will refund, I also have video and pic's proving that the AC wasn't working. But now the host is refusing to refund me. I am apparently the second guest to have this issue. seconperson

Unsanitary, Bad neighborhood, broken Fridge

Parking in the back alley unsanitary and unsafe, used condoms on the ground, a couch thrown in the woods, old codeine bottle, glass in the alley you park in. Toys and garbage thrown all over. When arrived late at night, stray cats running all around. Stairs not safe to walk on at night, no lighting to park or see in the back parking. Stayed first night and asked for a refund on the rest. The host would not work with me. The fridge was broken, freezer worked slightly, asked if she could compromise and bring ice and was told to buy my own ice. Apt was 80+ degrees when arrived. VRBO has not been much help in getting a refund either. I would never recommend this property. Host states my stories are inconsistent, yet she has been inconsistent. Had a person come out to solve the issue who lived in the building who stated I would get a full refund with the host on the phone. That didnt happen. She will say parking is available in the front and the street was full when we arrived. I have several messages asking if we park in the back and she said yes parking is available in the back.

Just the fact that Vrbo didn’t refund you says everything about the situation. I have sent videos that proved otherwise of all parts of your stories since there were several versions of it every time you spoke with either myself or Vrbo. So this 1 star ⭐️ review was expected from you since you intended to wine and dine for free as you were requesting a full refund on false pretenses, it would have worked if you didn’t have proof against your false claims but we did and that’s all that mattered. So case CLOSED!!!!!
