Our visit was very pleasant ! Loved the vibe and the books:) very quiet neighborhood and host was available during the late night arrival to answer questions.

Easy check in, easy parking, comfy bed but overall I was a bit dissatisfied. The place smells like cigarettes, the shower sprays all over the bathroom so the mildew is pungent after a couple showers. They changed the WiFi password in the middle of the stay and didn’t get us the new password for 36 hours. Kitchen is clean enough but the fire alarm is very sensitive and the stove has bits of old food that smoke and set it off. Any concerns you have are difficult to get addressed, I had to call to get any answer or help with the wifi, shower, or other issues.

It is very close to UD and everything was less than 15 minutes away. We had a slight hiccup with the check in process, but we reached out to the host and she responded very quickly. The decor is nice and the unit was very clean.

The property could have been cleaner in the bedroom and bathroom but the location was good. I did contact the host letting her know we had to change the sheets due to them having a stain and she responded very quickly apologizing.

Nice house- very clean and had everything you need for a weekend stay. A bit further from UD campus than we thought. Not walking distance but easy Uber ride to all things Dayton. Very comfortable bed and spacious immaculate nathroom. Would choose to stay here again.

Property was not in safe area parking was horrible there was only 2 bath towels for both of us for a 2 night stay no hand towels and the property does not furnish washcloths. I contacted the host the evening we arrived and explained to her and she assured us she would send someone over with them that evening we waited for an hour no one came I messaged her again no response. I then contacted VRBO and they tried reaching out to her with no response. I messaged her again the next morning and she informed me she was at a funeral which I apologized for but did remind her we still needed these. I had to also ask for a hairdryer which was advertised to be one at the property. The shower did not drain properly we had to stand in ankle deep water in the tub we also tried contacting her about this and VRBO had to contact her.The outside of the property was in very poor condition not kept up at all. We have never had an issue like this in all the years we have rented thru VRBO. Just beware if this property not as described!! We would like to thank VRBO for helping us thru this we did get some restitution thru VRBO and by the way she stated she had 12 other properties in this area so beware.

Small ranch home divided in half with 2 apartments. The area was an older neighborhood with run down homes but had some nice homes. My biggest issue was the bedroom, there was a bed and 2 small wire racks. I had to continue move my suitcase from floor to bed and back. No place to sit you suitcase on, no coat hangers And the bed is very high which I had difficulty getting in. Was just ok for the money , won’t return due just a number of things that made our stay uncomfortable
