Perfect place to stay while attending the First Four

This small, tidy house was in a quiet neighborhood with easy on-street parking and only two miles from University of Dayton's basketball arena. Restaurants and stores within two blocks.

Graduation stay

Place was clean and decorated nicely. Neighborhood close to UD. Only Issue we had was front door knob seemed broken But everything was good.

This was a perfect place to stay for our visit to Dayton. The property was very nice and clean. It is in a great location with a grocery store and gas station right around the corner. I would definitely stay here again.
