The space
This is a log cabin home with four bedrooms (2 queen, 1 full & twin w/ trundle, 2 twin air mattresses). Living room with fireplace & 55” HDTV (Netflix, Apple TV, Prime), dining room, very large deck with amazing views of the Presidential Range. Handmade rustic furniture made from locally milled wood, full kitchen with modern appliances. A downstairs room with attached 3/4 private bath and 55" flat-screen smart HDTV. Washer and dryer. Full garage. Nestled on 4.8 acres with a babbling brook. Very large outdoor deck has grill, solo stove, propane and wood fire pit outside all with sweeping views of the tallest of NHs White Mountains.
Guest access
Access the entire home and surrounding property (front yard and backyard and wooded area). It is about half a mile from the ATV/snowmobile trail entrance on Valley Rd.
Other things to note
This is a rural cabin that is very close to restaurants, breweries, cafes and pubs. But if it snows you will need at least a front wheel drive vehicle and a 4WD or AWD vehicle will be greatly appreciated in icy conditions. We try to plow and sand for in most cases if you let us know well ahead of time but can't absolutely guarantee. All low-clearance or small-tire sedans may have some trouble getting up the long gravel drive if it snows heavily or ices up.

Parking is available in the garage or driveway. Trailer parking is available on property. Larger trailers over 20' may have difficulty turning around. So, please plan ahead when you drive up the driveway!
