This is the entire house offering 2 master bedrooms and one single bedroom. Each master bedroom has one king bed, double love seat, coffee table, full bathroom, wall hanging TV, and walk-in closet. A single bedroom offers one queen bed, double love seat with coffee table, wall hanging TV, and walk-in closets.
An inside hot tub located between the two master bedrooms, and a full bathroom with a shower next to the hot tub area.
The living room includes two double sofas that pull out for the full size sofa beds as shown in the pictures, 65 Samsung TV on the wall
Full kitchen offers stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, disk washer, and other amenities.
Outside patio is an ideal place for enjoying the natural atmosphere at night and having a BBQ dinner together.
5 minutes to major freeways (290 & Sam Houston)
15 minutes to Heigh Area, 20 minutes to downtown, 25 minutes to IAH Airport. Parking in garage and driveway, no commercial cars, trucks, and mobile home.

Perfect for a small group

When we were looking for a place we thought we'd never find one with three bedrooms AND three baths for our group. And it had a hot tub? The size was perfect and close to where we wanted to be (Berry Center). It's stocked well with the cooking and dining supplies you'll need. The bonus was our wonderful host who answered all of our questions. We'll be sure to book again when our group comes back in town.

Small but mighty!

With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms we were expecting 2 floors but everything is on 1 floor which was fine as well. A bit compact but worked out fine for our group as we didn't spend a lot of time there. Host was quick to respond with answers to any questions.
