Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you have pets, please scoop their poop. We appreciate this very much.
The large trash container is located inside the gate next to the storage shed in the backyard. We like to keep it hidden from view, but it is easy to access.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
This is a quiet neighborhood. We do not allow for hosted events. Noise levels should be kept at a minimum.
