NO illegal drugs.

-If violated, your reservation will be revoked and terminated immediately with NO REFUND.

2) FREE Washer and Dryer. Please provide your own laundry detergent for personal use.

3) Our units undergo pest control treatments each month. We will provide you advanced notice prior to treatment. By booking this property, you agree to allow us access if this falls during your reservation.
