Welcome to our charming retreat nestled between the vibrant heart of downtown Savannah and the pristine sands of Tybee Island beach. This idyllic home offers a serene escape with its stunning outdoor oasis, boasting a picturesque lake view, a private dock, and a bubbling hot tub to unwind in style. Embrace the tranquility of the surrounding greenery while lounging in our outdoor seating area, enveloped by the enchanting ambiance of the lush trees.
Please be aware that the home is on a private lake maintained by the neighbors which also includes stocking it with fish. For that reason taking fish out of the lake is not allowed.
It's a very peaceful family neighborhood
The carriage house has its own private entrance off the driveway. The driveway is shared for both the main house and the carriage house. There are 2 parking spots available in the driveway for the main house and 1 spot for the carriage house. There is also one additional parking spot in the front yard for the main house.
Inside, each room is a haven of comfort and privacy, with its own private bathroom. Our thoughtfully adorned interiors exude warmth and character, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests to revel in. Southern charm

Great week with family and friends. House was perfect for 3 couples. Favorite part was sitting on the dock watching the fish jump!! Excellent location allowed us easy access to downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. House was clean but needs some updating - shower in main bedroom upstairs is TINY! Hot tub wasn’t working but property manager advised us of that the day before our visit. Great communication with property manager! Thank you! We would stay again!
