Excellent fit, well located, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, small balcony, service area and 1 parking space. Fully equipped, with capacity for 6/7 people.
It has fans in the living room and bedrooms. Kitchen equipped with fridge, stove, microwave and crockery. It is close to commerce, hypermarkets. Its street starts at Avenida da Enseada Beach, right after passing Pitangueiras Beach, allowing access in 10 min. on foot or by car in less than 5 minutes. Building with 2 elevators and 24 hour concierge. There is wifi available in the common area of the building. Beach clean and very well evaluated by Cetesb next to the apartment.

The Rent Vacation Season site is including service charge in the budget, which charge as intermediation in the rental, but can be split several times without extra.

Limpeza péssima

A dona do apto mto gente boa bem atenciosa. Ponto negativo é o próprio apto mto sujo tudo êmbololorado parece que nunca foi feita uma faxina, demos uma limpada para conseguirmos ficar lá.. Mais de resto é ok, o apto fica a uns 10mn a pé da praia , praia boa e limpa.

O imóvel é excelente, boa localização. a falta de sinal de celular não chega a ser um problema. Considerando o valor de locação, o imóvel tem tudo que você precisa para sua estadia. A praia é excelente e está apenas a 5 minutos de carro.

Confesso que por ser primeira locação pelo site, estar meio insegura, mas a Rachel respondeu a todas as minhas dúvidas, prontamente, organizada e idônea. O apartamento é de um bom gosto e extrema limpeza e organização. Há todos os tipos de utensílios de cozinha e limpeza. Os funcionários do condomínio São de uma gentileza e simpatia indescritível. Chegamos no apartamento por volta da 00h:00 do dia 02/11. Nao tivemos nenhum problema com a entrada noAp. Ele acomoda bem 6 pessoas. Nos quartos tem duas camas de solteiro cada. Boa ventilação. O condomínio e bem tranquilo .. Dona Raquel muito receptiva. Os porteiros sao bem prestativos e educados. Com certeza voltaremos... Otima localizacao .Obg.
