Excellent owners. Great communication. All info I needed was available before our visit. I'd love to give this a 5 star, but there were a few minor items that we felt were missed. (1) Mostly clean though the fans in the bedrooms are topped with dust/dirt. The place is clearly cleaned by a professional crew between guests, but it could use a deep clean. (2) Some things need replacement. It's expected that wear and tear will happen in a rental, but there was a desk chair upstairs that had 3 working legs instead of 4. The TV stand downstairs is broken. The light bulbs above the island need to be replaced. And the ottoman of the couch has broken legs. The cleaning crew is not informing the owners of broken items. (3) In general the place could be made more "warm" with some rugs and some throw pillows. This felt very much like the minimum needs for a rental.We still had a great stay and would return, but the owners could easily make this place a 5 star with a bit more energy.

Master’s getaway

Property was new, clean and host was very nice. The surrounding area was one you want to be in by 10pm latest. You will not want to go on walks in this area. Pockets of affluent homes in area near the downtown are just a drive away. This housing development is situated near the projects.

My family and I really enjoyed this home. Very nice, clean , we loved the balcony and the host was most accommodating. We will definitely be back and hope to stay in the same home.
