Totaling over 5000 square feet of living space and modern upgrades that includes a 85 inch TV in the living room, 55" ceiling mounted TVS in the backyard on 360 degree rotation to create the perfect game day experience!

This property is the perfect place for family or team functions. The pool and backyard are stunning. The place has everything you can want from a vacation home. The only thing I say would have made it better is if there was a garage for the vehicle. But cudos th Malee she did not disappoint. Was just there for my 60th birthday celebration

We are a group of friends that travel together annually and we tried something different. Location was 15-20 minutes to the strip and accommodated our families of 24 people comfortably. Only comments to improve the stay would be to upgrade the WiFi as it was buffering during sports games and include heat to the pool as part of the price- or notify guests it is extra and to have it turned on before you arrive if want as takes 24 hours to heat.

Great place to stay

Overall it was a great experience. There were a few minor hiccups with the pool heating, connecting the TVs by the pool to the internet and there being no projector in the living room despite the listing saying so. However, this is a great property and Malee was extremely responsive and helpful. We had 24 guys and it was plenty of space. Will definitely stay here again if available.

Wonderful home for a family and friends group celebration

We enjoyed a wonderful week in this lovely big home in a great location. It was very easy to arrange our stay with Malee and she was there to answer all our questions before arriving and also during our stay when we were unsure how things worked - she came and helped. We booked the house for my son and now daughter-in-law's wedding so the family could all stay together. We loved the spaciousness of the house, that it was very well equipped and most of all the heated pool, hot tub and "tiki bar/dining table outdoors" - there was an extra charge to heat the pool which was worth the extra cost. A big thank you to Malee and her team for helping to make this wedding week very special. We recommend this house unreservedly to future guests. Many thanks

Overall a very nice place, we had a great time and would consider going back. just a couple of quirks that could be an easy fix. 8/10 Pros: Plenty of space, we had 21 people and had plenty more space. Would recommend filling to make cost worthwhile Plenty of Bathrooms Game Room Outdoor space is great Open Layout Location is solid Communication with host was very easy - Quickly responded when something was needed Cleanup was easy & not complicated Cons: Projector screen not really a thing Many TV's nearly impossible to navigate Pool / Hot Tub controls are limited - Also charged extra to heat the pool, didn't know that until close to trip - Hot tub controls don't work / are limited for temperature Showers require a math degree to operate - Typically Scalding hot or cold

They professionally host with love. Beautiful house for guests to feel at home. Everyone was happy, and my guests thought I had great taste and made the perfect choice for them. Everything in the house was of good quality, making it very pleasant to unwind after long hours of events. The love they put into hosting us was incredible, making me even consider becoming a Vrbo host to share that love with frequent travelers like me. They are amazingly great hosts! My team has already requested that I rent this same place for next year! We loved the place!

Property had ample room for our family gathering of 30. The house was clean with comfortable furniture throughout. With the seasonable June temperatures, the indoors were kept cool by the air conditioning and fans. Outside, many enjoyed the pool and spa. TVs are located throughout the property, although difficult to decipher the many remote controls. A few minor hiccups (no propane in the BBQ tank, not all entry door locks were coded for our stay). Overall, everyone enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
