I’m sorry again for the initial confusion with the address at check-in — we appreciate you flagging that, and we’re tightening up our check-in details so it’s clear from the start. And thank you for the notes on the third-floor stairs and the bedroom A/C noise. We do note in the listing description that there’s no elevator so guests can plan ahead, but we totally understand that carrying luggage up can still be a hassle. We’d love to host you again anytime you’re back on the island.

At no point during your stay or in our communications did you mention any concerns about cleanliness.
