Very good

Very clean property, the check in was super easy, and the communication with the host was great. The neighborhood is also pretty good, walkable to both grocery and coffee/food.The bathroom was great, very new and clean, but the bed was just OK, good sheets, but not super comfortable. The room is small, but I knew that after reading reviews. The wifi was pretty much non existent and unusable. This particular room was right above the kitchen/entrance to the building. Luckily not a lot of noise from the area below, but the street was pretty busy during the day (and early morning), and fairly noisy. Also, I happened to be there during a particularly hot week, and had to use the portable A/C, which was ALSO noisy. I used the complimentary earplugs, but it wasn't pleasant. For the price, I wasn't shocked at the accommodations, and it was not a bad deal. I wish I had known about the location in the building to the street. Some of the rooms on the other side of the building might have resolved some noise issues.
