We’re truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations. Cleanliness is our top priority, and we take great care to ensure all bedding and linens are thoroughly washed between guests. We also complete inspections after each cleaning to maintain our high standards, so it’s unfortunate that you felt otherwise during your stay. We attempted to return your call but were unable to get through, and we sincerely wish we had been able to connect in real time to address your concerns. As for the linens, we personally checked them after your departure and did not detect any unusual odors, but we understand that perceptions can vary, and we regret that you were uncomfortable. The mark on the pillowcase was from a sharpie we used to label sheet sizes, which we’ve since corrected to prevent future confusion. Additionally, given the winter conditions, it’s possible some dirt was accidentally tracked in despite our efforts to maintain a spotless environment. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us refine our processes, and we’re truly sorry your experience didn’t reflect the many positive stays we’ve hosted.
