The space and lay out was very functional. Bathrooms attached to each bedroom was an added bonus. Having a kitchen and dining table made for ease with meals and playing games in the evening. The parking was initially a bit tricky to figure out, but once we had mastered where it was, and using the key card, it was ok.

After many trips to Savannah, this was our first time staying in a house in the historic district. The house was quiet, charming and comfortable, and the location was close to some of our favorite places: Broughton Street, Pirate House, etc. Loved hearing the horns from the cargo ships. The property is quaint and historic yet has all the moderen amenities. We loved the location as we found we could walk almost everywhere and surrounding homes and nearby squares are lovely. We are four friends from college over 50 years ago but we would all definitely book this VRBO again.

Best Vacation for Moms Birthday

The location is perfect for walking to Canal Street, Mercer house, or any other historic location. The house is perfect for 2 couples or girls/guys weekend. We cooked breakfast each morning and either lunch or dinner allowing only one meal out. Great option for those not wanting to eat out every meal. Highly recommend the hop on hop off trolley. Made the ride to Forsyth Park enjoyable and entertaining.
