Garage - guests have full access to the garage during their stay. We use the MyQ app to give guest access to the garage if they choose to download the app. Guests are also permitted to park in the driveway.

Guest Access:
Guests have use of the entire house (minus the locked supply closets) and use of the entire back yard.
Other Things to Note:
By booking this home, all guests agree to the following House Rules:
-The primary guest must be present. No sub-letting allowed. We prefer the primary guest to be over the age of 25.
-No parties, events or large gatherings allowed. Please respect our neighbors, quiet hours are 10pm-8am.
-The maximum sleeping occupancy of the property is 6 overnight guests. Guests are permitted during daylight hours with prior authorization from the host.
-Check in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10am. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, however this is not guaranteed especially during peak season.
-No smoking of any kind inside the house or anywhere on the property including the Arizona patio room, backyard gazebo or pool area. No illegal substances allowed on the property. There is a $400 fee if any guests smoke inside the house.
-Swimming is at your own risk, we are not liable for any incidents that may happen in regards to the pool. The pool is fenced however, the pool fence gate must never be propped open for any reason. Guests are not permitted to remove any of the pool fence panels. We have a external pool water filler located in the deep end of the pool. Guests are not permitted to touch, move or remove the pool filler. Guests are not permitted to remove or disconnect the pool vacuum. Minor children under the age of 18 must always be supervised by an adult while in the pool area, while in the pool and while in the backyard.
-Guest agrees to leave the property in the same general condition it was received.
-Guest will report any damage to the host before check-out, additional charges will apply for any damages that occur.
-No pets at this property (minimum of $250 fine assessed for bringing a pet on the property)
-Guests have use of the propane BBQ grill. The grill must be placed on top of the concrete pad. never on the grass and away from anything that might catch on fire. Guests must attend to the grill while in use. Please scrape the grill clean when done using. Guests, especially children, need to use caution when using the grill or when in the area around the grill.
-Trash and recycling must be disposed of in the cans located on the side of the property.
-Our property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am.
-The property has an Ecobee connected thermostat. Please note that guests are given a temperature range in which they can adjust the temperature up or down. Tampering with or disconnecting the thermostat will result in the immediate termination of the stay. Likewise, tampering with or disconnecting the router, network equipment, connected door lock, external cameras, ect will also result in the immediate termination of the stay.
Please make sure you take time to review our house rules before booking your stay, as breaking these rules could result in additional fees.
-There is an additional $60 cleaning fee for stay over 14 nights. I will send a separate request via the Airbnb resolution center for the additional cleaning fee.
-There are security cameras on the property. We have a Ring doorbell camera located next to the front door. The doorbell camera monitors the front door. There is a Ring flood light camera over the garage and it monitors the driveway. There is a camera on the front corner of the house that monitors the RV gate, and shed. There are 2 cameras in the back yard on the patio roof that monitor the back year and pool area. The cameras are used to ensure only registered guests and service providers are on the property. The cameras record motion, audio and video 24/7, if tampered with, guests will be asked to vacate without refund of stay.
