Urban luxury near UNMC. You will love this spacious newly built 3-bed / 2.5 bath townhome in Central Omaha. A spacious 2500 square feet full of natural light. No expense was spared.
Spacious open floor plan, stocked kitchen, fireplace, and stunning city views. Only blocks from UNMC, and walkable to the Blackstone District and the Castle and Cathedral Art District. When you book here, you can expect to be wowed!
The space
You will be amazed as you enter this unique, newly built townhome. No expense was spared! At nearly 2500 square feet, the property feels as large as a single-family home.
This property was uniquely designed to take advantage of the Cathedral and city lights views, with the main living space on the top floor. The open concept features a spacious chef's kitchen, kitchen island seating for 6, and a dining table with seating for 6 (total of 12!). The living area is perfect for cozying up by the gas fireplace. And there is a half bath on the top floor for convenience.
The bedroom level features comfy, carpeted bedrooms with super comfy beds and bedding. The master bedroom is complete with a king bed, walk-in closet and modern tiled shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each features queen-sized beds and share a hallway bathroom with a bathtub.
The property also features free in-unit full-size washer and dryer.
Guest access
Guests will have full private access to the unit and the 2-car garage.
Enjoy the large private balcony or backyard patio. The backyard is not fully fenced.
Additional rules
We do allow pets with a $75 per pet per stay fee. This will be charged when you add your pet to the reservation.
We do NOT allow parties or unapproved events. We are not unreasonable. We want you to enjoy your time with your friends. However, in order to keep our property safe for all guests, we have a zero-tolerance policy for unapproved events and guests. This may be grounds for immediate termination of your reservation.
We do have security cameras on the exterior of the building.
Disobeying any of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your booking with no refund and may result in additional fees charged to you, including but not limited to a $250 fine.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed in or on the property.

I hope you enjoyed your stay! Just a reminder that check-out is 10am. If you are out earlier, please let me know so that I can notify our cleaning crew.
Please pick up any trash and put in the trash containers in the garage. Put any dishes into the dishwasher or the sink. And be sure to turn off lights and coffee maker and lockup as you leave.
Please be to lock all doors, including the back patio sliding door and front door, and make sure the garage door is closed. Do NOT lock the door between the and garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
