The condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully decorated living room, 3 TVs, fully equipped open concept kitchen with breakfast bar, 4 person dining table, covered terrace, and free wi-fi. All stainless steel appliances are included (dishwasher, fridge, gas stove, toaster and microwave).

The master suite has a king size bed, large closet and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with plenty of closet space. This bedroom also has it's own en-suite bathroom. There is a 3 piece sectional couch in the living room as well as a love seat that folds down into a bed, perfect for children or extra guests.

The condo is fully furnished and equipped with linens, towels, kitchen appliances (coffee maker, toaster, and blender), free wi-fi, and a laundry room with washer and dryer ready for your use.

Guests have access to the entire condo and all common areas in the community including 2 pools, as well as all amenities and activities offered by the Tao Wellness Center. The Wellness Center offers programs in fitness, inner peace, creative arts, and lifelong learning to foster balanced living and well-being. The center consists of movement rooms, gym, two salt water lap pools, an eco boutique, and a selection of rejuvenating treatments and bodywork, including the region's most amazing Temazcal (sweat lodge) where participants are guided by a Mayan Shaman through a powerful ceremony of release. There are 2 more infinity pools nearby. The Center also hosts global retreats in its event facilities led by celebrated authors and teachers.

Guests also have the option of purchasing discounted day or night passes to any of the 4 Grand Bahia Principe all-inclusive resorts. Passes can be purchased at the country club near the main entrance to Bahia.

This property is part of a secure gated beach and golf resort community in the heart of the beautiful Mayan Riviera at Akumal. We are 55 miles from the Cancun Airport, 28 miles from Playa del Carmen and 16 miles from the eco chic bohemian town of Tulum.
Both Playa and Tulum have world class restaurants and beaches. If you want to stay off the grid, Akumal is famous for its turtles and snorkeling, and also has an assortment of excellent restaurants. There are many things to see close to the condo, i.e., cenotes (natural swimming holes) ruins, Mayan entertainment parks (Xcaret and Xel Ha) and of course beautiful beaches.

To fully enjoy the Mayan Riviera and all of its cultural sites, beaches, and local venues a car rental is highly recommended. There is free parking at your condo. However, if you choose not to rent a car, there is a tram that can take you to the beach and the new Kay Beach Club which serves delicious food and great drinks for you to enjoy by the ocean.
It runs hourly and picks guests up at the entrance to TAO (in front of the security guard building). Taxi cabs are available and there is a bus (Collectivo) that runs up and down the highway and is very inexpensive.
