The over all feel, look and comfort of the home was fairly good. We needed a place where our special needs children could be comfortable and have a space to themselves for the various needs they each have. There was the dreaded any problem that CA faces but the host was on top of it as best as anyone could be. I do wish the back yard had been more child friendly but honestly I can't complain about that. The rooms were clean with plenty of space for our belongings. There was a small issue with one of the showers and the host had a repair man there within hours of being notified. All in all, we would use this house again as it met our individual needs and the needs of our family as whole.

Caution

The property suffers from extreme deferred maintenance. The furniture is in disrepair and is uncomfortable. Light switches didn’t work, and several bulbs were burned out. There wasn’t even a toaster. I was told not to use dishwasher, but I had to buy a sink stopper to be able to wash dishes by hand.
