Great location

Enjoyed this property very much. The condo was exactly as described. The beach was very nice and the property was close to everything you’d like.

Great location

Great location for a relaxing vacation. Steps away from beach or pool. This condo is fine. Older bathrooms and kitchen items. Nice furniture in the living areas. Definitely need new plates, mugs, and utensils. Needs a better mattress in the pullout or a mattress topper. Living room blinds are broken and have large gaps so no privacy in living area and outdoor cushions are also torn.

This unit needs updating and more cooking accessories. Hard to cook with limited casserole dishes.

Great stay

You all did a great job communicating prior to check in, during my stay, and after. We had a fantastic time. I meant to stop by to say the master bedroom bath needs a light bulb in the shower and the master bedroom slatted curtains are missing some slats, reducing privacy. I was fine but if there’s a chance to address those, it would be great. All in all, 5 stars!!

Great location! Very Clean! Friendly staff! The room could use a little TLC! The locks on the sliding doors were broken. After 2 calls, maintenance came and cut 2 pieces of wood to place in the door tracks. Curtains and blinds in the master bedroom and living room were difficult to open/close. The blind in the smaller bedroom did not block out any light. The cushions on the outdoor furniture were stained. Staff, location, and cleanliness could not be any better!

a lovely vacation

we loved the location, nice facility, great having two bathrooms. We appreciated the electric fireplace on cool days. Washer and dryer were great. The view was very nice, the pool was clean . The kitchen was fairly well stocked, but the cabinets are worn. We did not care for the plates and bowls ( we are bringing our own next time.) Most annoying were the vertical blinds, which had several missing slats and no pull stick on one side. The front door was rusted. The lock had to be worked on just to open or close. the push buttons on the lock were not working reliably. The door stuck almost every time . But overall we really enjoyed it and are booked for next year.

A few updates and cleaning would go a long way

We loved the location and all the OSP staff were super friendly and mindful of keeping the public areas clean and safe. We had 3 families staying at once in 3 different units and the differences between units were pretty obvious. A few recommendations for our unit: the kitchen utensils and drinkware/plates were not clean and drawers/storage areas were part of the problem - cleaning those between guests would be great. Also, installing a retractable trashcan in the kitchen is a small but super helpful upgrade (seen in other units) and black out curtains/shades for bedrooms. We had to buy our own to pin up/hang up for sleeping babies because shades and blinds were not in good shape. The blinds in the living room were also missing a few blades and a plastic rod to move them across the window. We are so grateful for the location to be close to the pool and beach for our 4 year old and infant!
