It is suitable for up to 2 adults (Queen bed) & 2 children (futon). The home is centrally located in a quiet & safe neighborhood 10 minutes to Whiskeytown Lake, 2 minutes to the newly revitalized downtown Redding, 2.2 miles to The Civic, and 6.6 miles to Bethel.
