The brand new eco-friendly 3 storey luxury residence of 360m2 (3,875 ft2), features spacious and welcoming architecturally designed and decorated interiors ideal for large families or groups of friends. The unique multilevel outdoor space with stone elements is ideal for pampering your body and soul while enjoying the breathtaking views of the Dia island. Relax by the truly stunning lush gardens, with lawn, tall cypress and citrus trees, scented flowers and herbs that perfectly complement the spacious interiors of the villa. Extensive patios and outdoor lounging/dining areas guarantee the ultimate inside/outside living. The lovers of an open air kitchen cooking will enjoy a fully equipped BBQ area with a large dining area and magnificent views. A private 50m2 infinite edge swimming pool (depth 1,5m), overlooking the Cretan sea, completes the feeling of seclusion and luxury. The pool (lit at night) is provided with comfortable sunbeds and is surrounded by non slippery tile and lawned areas, perfectly kept and ideal for sunbathing, playing or relaxing.

The main floor (middle floor) features a large sitting lounge with TV, a dining area with a hand-grafted table, an enormous fully equipped kitchen with a marble island centerpiece, a WC, and an elegant open office space, all overlooking the endless blue of the cretan sea and the surrounding valley hills via vast windows and sliding doors. Middle floor openings lead to the pool, the gardens and all outdoor sitting areas. Stylish wood and marble stairs lead to upper and lower floors. The airy and bright upper floor includes 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom. The spacious main bedroom features one upholstered king size bed and a large sitting area with a big couch and a mounted TV. Large sliding doors lead to a private and furnished patio with unobstructed breath-taking sea views. The second bedroom has also a sea and mountain facing balcony and 2 single size beds suitable to accommodate younger guests. The lower floor can be accessed by a separate entrance if desired, while it further provides direct access to the lower gardens, gym and the Bbq area. It includes an additional sitting area with a large TV, a small refreshment corner with sink, refrigerator and coffee maker, 1 spacious master bedroom and 1 more bedroom with a separate bathroom. Both bedrooms features upholstered California King size beds, extra sitting area and large doors that open to a common spacious patio overlooking the sea, the mountains and the beautiful garden with the citrus trees. A utility room with washing machine and an in/outdoor gym are also available for the guests to enjoy.
